At Resin for 3D Printing, we want to ensure your prints are always successful; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened resin bottles and hardware within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the UV-protective seals are intact to prevent leakage or light exposure during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the resin has not been opened or contaminated, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
